They have all been in similar positions. After living at the shore for over the years it becomes evident that by traveling a few miles you can have two times the house for half the money. The sacrifice is the water view but the ocean is a short distance away, in most cases.

They must admit that it finally opted for the waterfront home, but over the years. They have come to appreciate the other option.
